CURRENT VERSION REPORTED ISSUES:
Allowances not paying under certain international circumstances.
It has been reported that if your international time standard is 24hr and you set your device for 12 hour time, allowances will not pay. A fix for this is being worked on. A short term work around is to set your device back to 24hr time.
